Protesters assemble for Bush's St. Vincent visit
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!! The local networks interrupted the Ellen show for Bush's plane landing at the 9 11th Air Force base here in Pittsburgh. Friday is my only day to watch a complete Ellen show. I will update this story as it unfolds. The local networks are promising to break into to local programing to cover Bush's remarks at St. Vincent College.

By Michael A. Fuoco, Pittsburgh Post-GazetteAs President Bush prepares to address today's graduation ceremony at St. Vincent College in Latrobe, more than three dozen protesters assembled in their designated zone about half a mile away on Route 30.
The demonstrators, representing veterans groups, Benedictines and various peace groups, stood in a construction site outlined with orange cones. Five state troopers, one with a camera, monitored them.
Some passing cars honked in apparent support, but some drivers yelled at them, including one who told them to "get a life."
The protesters held a variety of signs and a large dove made from bed sheets.
Barbara Roseborough traveled from Erie to protest. Her husband and daughter are graduates of the Benedictine school.
She said she understands the appeal of having a prominent person like the president speak at a small, rural school, but said this president at this time is giving a message counter to the Benedictine motto of pax, or peace
